TLCC coffee is without a doubt THE BEST coffee I’ve put past my lips. I’ve always been a coffee snob, but the better known cafe coffees don’t come close to theirs. It pours the silkiest, fullest crema, NO bitterness, and has such a complexity of flavour. My current fave is the Espresso Blend which is quite nutty, with a hint of berry. Awesome delivery setup too. I only wish more cafes used it and I could pick up a cup at my local!

THE BEST FROM THE BEST

A delightful full flavoured coffee with smooth, caramel molasses characteristics and with an uplifting liveliness at the end. It manages to get that difficult balance of deep tone flavours and body but with a refreshing aftertaste. Great in an espresso but has the power to deliver a flavourful and great latte or cappuccino. This coffee is the barista's friend as it has a large 'flavour window' and leaves a little bit of 'wobble room' in extraction times.

Understanding the difference between speciality coffee and yes, the rest, maybe perception from a taste perspective however coffee can become somewhat of a religion.
