Organic

So much that I may have written them a small poem in my head. (It wasn’t good, but the sentiment was pure.) Honestly, it’s like having a caffeinated fairy godmother. One minute you're scraping the bottom of a sad tin of supermarket grounds that smell like burnt regret, and the next, ding-dong, a fresh bag of locally roasted joy arrives at your door, still warm if you time it right.

And the beans! The beans! While we haven’t made it through every style in the pack (because we’re pacing ourselves like mature, responsible adults, kind of), we are utterly smitten with the organic ones. They're rich, smooth, slightly nutty, basically how I wish people would describe me.

There’s something so wholesome and glorious about knowing your morning cup was roasted yesterday, by an actual human who probably owns a beard and a flannel shirt and cares deeply about grind size. It feels like love in a bag. Highly caffeinated love. The best kind.

I have had an abundance of excellent coffee in my time, but this is the only bean that I ever buy for my home.
TLCC organic blend is deliciously good……and I feel at ease that it has been ethically sourced, grown organically and roasted by good-hearted souls who have a good laugh while they do it.
