Returns Policy

Food and Beverage Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any food or beverage items, including coffee beans, ground coffee, and prepared drinks.


Equipment and Machines

We offer returns and refunds for faulty equipment or machines within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.


Return Process

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Clearly explain the fault or issue with the equipment.
We may request photos or videos of the faulty item.
If approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for faulty equipment if you prefer a replacement.
The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the faulty item.


Shipping Costs

For faulty items, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
If the item is not faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
